Dustin Webber is the Chief Operations Officer of American Revitalization Company, LLC (ARC), a private equity fund manager focused on industry revitalization and historic preservation. At ARC, Dustin leads key areas of operations including product development, investor relations, and quality assurance, ensuring both profitability and impact. With over 25 years of experience in operations, legal advisory, and executive leadership, he joined ARC in 2024 as Director of Operations and was quickly promoted to COO for his strong leadership and operational improvements across ARC’s portfolio companies.
Dustin holds a business degree from the University of Houston, a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Texas and has led high-stakes legal work both in private practice and at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Earlier in his career, he served in a specialized U.S. Army unit during Operation Enduring Freedom, earning multiple awards for valor. Today, Dustin remains passionate about innovation and AI, and he champions a collaborative, inclusive culture at ARC that prioritizes stakeholder value and long-term success.
